A CRM can contain buyers and tenants who made genuine enquiries months ago. The problem is not merely finding the names. It is knowing whether their requirement still makes sense, whether a suitable property is actually available, whether an approved offer supports the message and whether the business is entitled to contact the person.
A controlled reactivation journey
- Recover the intent: map preferred area, asset type, bedrooms, budget, last enquiry and assigned broker from historical CRM rows.
- Join current inventory: compare against a fresh listing export with asking price, availability and approved offer notes.
- Check contact basis: hold entries with missing, withdrawn or unclear permission. A blank field must not become assumed consent.
- Score explainably: show the area, budget, property and freshness signals behind each rank; separate “no match” from “contact on hold.”
- Handoff: prepare a human-sounding suggested draft. Do not automatically send outreach or promise a unit is reserved.
Why this is different from generic lead generation
Growth focuses on existing demand a brokerage already owns and approved inventory it can verify. Its objective is a smaller, more actionable opportunity queue, not an inflated lead count or an automated messaging blast.
